June 10 – Coffee and Conversation: What would you tell your 22-year-old-self?
Due to the overwhelming interest and support of the Wonder Woman Wednesday series, we have decided to carry this momentum forward through Coffee and Conversation. We hope you will join us for one (or both!) of the complimentary sessions held each month. Everyone is welcome to attend, regardless of their gender. We appreciate the support of allies. We hope you will join us for a coffee and conversation!
June 17 – Managing Using Your Leadership Style
Are you a leader, manager, or both? How do you balance these different styles and skills? To be successful in either, or a mixture, of these roles, you must be able to adapt to the situation, various team members, or an event. In order to do this, you must first know and understand what your preferred leadership style is. Manager and leader are two different roles, and as a supervisor, you will have to be successful at doing both. You will have to go between, or find a happy medium, between being innovative or an administrator, people or work focused, and fixed or flexible. Join us on June 17th for this workshop, click here for more information.
